Chloe Homewood-Allen (BA) is an international mindfulness trainer and consultant, supervisor, teacher trainer and lead tutor for the Mindfulness Association, working throughout the UK, Poland, France and Brussels. After 20 years working in the media, she left her job as a director at the BBC to bring up her three young children and has been teaching secular mindfulness for a decade. Her company "Mindfulness Glasgow Ltd" delivers mindfulness interventions to the public and in business and the workplace, throughout Scotland. She is a co-founder and Chairwoman of mindfulness charity "The Everyone Project". Chloe has had a daily meditation practice for 18 years and attends yearly mindfulness retreats to consolidate her personal practice, which is the heartbeat behind everything she does.

One Fact About Me

 I'm half french and have always wished I was a blues singer. I love travelling, jewelry, live  performance, walking in nature, and good food. I want to make a difference.
