At Lea_p, we're launching a new offering for youth so that they feel supported, inspired and motivated as they begin to make decisions and take steps into their adult life.

The work we’ve done for The Prince's Trust over the last four years has shown us how impactful a half day workshop can be. Our Future Leaders program has been known to create a shift in how young people show up, as well as leaving participants feeling empowered and positive as they work towards getting a job.
