Experience

During a career spanning over 20 years, Dipak has successfully achieved results operating at board level and in senior leadership positions. Operating in sectors as diverse as investment banking, management consulting, fashion, technology and start-ups, Dipak has solid experience of leadership and commerce.

After working with a coach himself, Dipak discovered the one common thread that weaved itself through his entire life, his capacity for human connection and helping others. This led to a life changing decision, and launched him onto a truly meaningful career path in Coaching and Personal and Professional Development. Now, in his capacity as a Conscious Leadership and Life Coach, Dipak works with business owners, senior leadership teams and individuals, helping them to unlock their potential and reach new heights of self-awareness that transforms the way they view their work, relationships and outlook on life.

Through his own professional and personal life journey, Dipak has come to recognise the need for a new form of leadership for our time. One that speaks to the needs of mankind and not just profitability at any cost. Dipak is now on a mission to raise levels of awareness to leaders and organisations everywhere and help them towards becoming truly conscious. As well as running a successful Leadership Coaching practice, Dipak also volunteers with the Prince's Trust Young Enterprise Scheme where he regularly mentors and coaches aspiring young entrepreneurs towards achieving their goals and dreams.

One Fact About Me

Since my teenage years, I have been an avid collector of 'Laughing Buddha's' from around the world, and have them scattered throughout my house and garden. Why? Because they never fail to make me smile and help me realise that there's always space for joy in our lives!
