Conscious Company
Lea_p awakens conscious leaders. And conscious leaders create conscious companies which in our definition, are awake to the impact on the broader social and economic systems in which we operate. We are passionate about ensuring that we have as little impact on the planet as possible. The planet is getting hotter, scientists speaking through the well-respected body of the IPCC shows this very clearly. We have committed to each other to be more aware and awake to our personal and our collective impact.

Don't get us wrong, we are not perfect. But this isn't about perfection it is about progress. It is so easy to think "Well, I don't do that so what's the point in doing this." Being a conscious citizen of this planet is complex and fraught with paradoxes. We fly to facilitate workshops, some of the team eat meat on a daily basis and we all consume. However, we also get trains where possible, we work from home frequently allowing us to not have to travel and when we do, we take public transport. Some of the team are vegan, some flex and some meat eaters that have become more conscious about where their meat is produced and how often they eat it. This isn't an easy or simple journey but it's one we've committed to. We invite you to join us on being imperfectly sustainable too!
Our Work
The Prince's Trust
For the past 3 years Lea_p has worked in partnership with The Princes Trust to create a program to help underprivileged youth get into work. This pilot program became a national program in 2019 called Future Leaders which has Gareth Southgate as the ambassador. We couldn't be more proud of what was created from an initial idea to now a national program. Currently this program is run every month in London and you are able to register here.

Pachamama Alliance
We are supporting the Pachamama Alliance in 2020 and are donating a percentage of our profits to them, from our new program called The Soul Of Leadership. For 20 years, Pachamama Alliance have worked in solidarity with their indigenous partners in the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest to protect their land and culture, and has inspired individuals everywhere to bring forth a thriving, just and sustainable future. Currently they have saved over 10 Million acres of the rainforest - the heart and lungs of our planet and their current project is to save 60 million acres of the sacred headwaters. As a supporter, we have travelled to see their work in the amazon which is not only inspiring but truly connects us back to our essence and what is important. Scholarships
We offer several scholarships to our public cohorts including Gauge Leadership Lab and Soul of Leadership every year to those who need additional financial support and are leading and positively impacting others some way in the world. Over the last few years we have supported charities such as Save the Children, Diana Award and The Prince's Trust.
