Previously

Prior to becoming a partner at Lea_p, Emmanuelle founded When People Matter and has been an Executive Coach for the last ten years. Emmanuelle has also spent ten years as a management consultant working extensively in Asia and Europe with international corporate clients. She started her career In the Finance function, working in the Treasury Department of Valeo in Paris and then as a Financial Controller for Schneider Electric in Singapore.

She is known for her engaging and energetic facilitation style that contributes to create a unique learning experience.
