Emma is a highly skilled developer of people, facilitating the personal development and learning of individual Executives and their teams. Her background as an Educator, British Embassy Commercial Officer, Senior Manager and Corporate Ambassador allows her to work easily with senior executives and teams to insure synergy and transformation. Using a variety of tools and assessments, Emma works with both team and individuals in the corporate world to develop personal leadership styles, identifying strengths that result in outstanding performance.
