Gauge Leadership Lab is a 12 week program that incorporates 3 full day workshops, a powerful 360 leadership assessment, 1:1 coaching, and weekly assignments to amplify participants learning.

What's Included?

The Lab: Three Full Day Workshops

Three full-day workshops spread out over the 12 weeks. Features facilitated discussions, thought-provoking exercises and lively conversations. Focus areas include authentic leadership, courageous conflict, effective collaboration and more.

A Leadership Assessment

The Leadership Circle Profile™ is a powerful 360 leadership assessment used by organisations ranging from Google to NASA. Unlike most assessments that measure only competencies, Leadership Circle Profile reveals to leaders and managers what they are doing, why they are doing it, and what actions they can take to lift their leadership to a higher level. Individual Leadership



Two one on one coaching sessions to interpret the assessment, articulate opportunities for growth, create a leadership development plan and build momentum towards your goals.


Weekly Assignments

Short weekly assignments to amplify your learning and put ideas into action.
