Experience
Linda is an Executive and Leadership Coach based in Nairobi, working with clients across continents in English, French, and Lebanese Arabic. Her clients range from founders and CEOs to senior leaders and individual contributors in large global organisations and startups.
Before coaching, she spent over a decade in corporate roles across Europe and Asia, as a Country Manager and a Product Manager, which gave her a first-hand feel for the pressure and expectations senior leaders carry every day. Since founding her own practice in 2022, she has coached individuals, leaders, and teams from 40 nationalities, partnering with international organisations and corporate clients on leadership development, executive coaching, and team effectiveness. Clients often describe her as compassionate but firm: someone who creates a space safe enough to be genuinely challenged in.
She has also trained in Positive Intelligence (PQ), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and medicine-assisted guidance. Linda brings a somatic, embodied approach to her work, holding a deep belief that real change happens when we connect to ourselves fully: body and emotion, not just the mind.
One Fact About Me
I have lived and worked in six different countries: France, Lebanon, Germany, the UK, Singapore, and now Kenya. Outside of coaching, I dance, do improv, scuba dive, and climb mountains. I am always chasing new, holistic ways to help people grow, myself included.
SuperPower
Closing the gap between knowing and doing. I help leaders take what they already know in their gut and actually live it, pairing somatic awareness with sharp analytical clarity. In practice, that looks like clients moving from self-doubt to visible leadership, and from vague ambition to goals they actually reach.
